Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Nautilus, I embarked on a culinary journey that beautifully married innovation with tradition. The buffet breakfast proved to be a highlight, showcasing not just standard fare but an array of hot croissants filled with hams, cheeses, and good dietary options. In collaboration with the Environmental League, the organic corner was a commendable nod toward sustainability, offering fresh fruits and juices that invigorated the morning. Dining at the restaurant, Le Caramelle dei Pirati, was an experience to remember. I savored the fresh homemade pasta and sampled the famous piadina, which embodied the essence of Romagna's culinary heritage. Subsequently, the concept of pairing local Adriatic fish with thoughtful preparation was masterfully executed, revealing layers of flavor often lost in many mainstream establishments. For any food enthusiast seeking an authentic taste of Italy alongside a commitment to environmental stewardship, Nautilus stands out as a destination worth exploring. The ambiance, infused with local charm, complements the culinary offerings, ensuring that every meal is not just food but a holistic experience. I highly recommend Nautilus for those eager to indulge in both flavor and ethical dining practices.
